im trying to create additional freebsd based droplet but this OS is not listed anymore, how i can do that in EUROPE or London based Datacenter?

I also can’t find the FreeBSD droplet anymore. I’m currently running a FreeBSD droplet but I can’t seem to create a new one.

If you already have a snapshot of one of your existing FreeBSD Droplets, you could move it to the region that you need by following the steps here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/images/snapshots/how-to/change-regions/
If you don’t have a FreeBSD snapshot or a Droplet, your only option would then be to use a custom image. You can do that by following the steps here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/images/custom-images/
