since I am not server-admin, I am wondering if the 1-click Ghost installation includes server admin/updates as well?
If not, can anyone help me pls. what I need for server hardening? :)

You should have everything configured. Having said that, it’s good to keep everything up to date soo from time to time, you can just update your apps and services:
I think that should be enough as first steps.
