Question

handling uploads from multiple regions

We have our spaces endpoint set to NYC3 however we have a lot of customers who are using our service from London and are complaining of really slow upload times. What is generally done about this? Is there something the digital ocean provides to us or would cloudfront be a more appropriate solution.

Hi there,

What you could do in this case is use the free built-in CDN, which is a network of edge servers that deliver content to users.

You can follow the steps here on how to enable the CDN for your Spaces here:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/spaces/how-to/enable-cdn/
