So, not an ansible issue.
As for the problem itself, this is either that email is being seen as spam and the connection is being rejected, or the port is being blocked. You’ll need to do some troubleshooting in your logs. Mail servers are very easy to leave “open” which gets you blocked by a ton of domains.

That’s a lot of things that won’t necessarily be applicable to you, but there’s not a lot to work off-of with that error. Your postfix or smtp logs should have more, though figuring which path to go down is pretty involved.
