What is the reason for this report?

Hello, I got postfix/smtp[9837]: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024: Connection refused

Hello :)

I just followed the mail server setup tutorial on DigitalOcean. I got this error after trying to send a mail via Command-Line ‘mail’ command
