Help desk doesn’t help me

I have sent several tickets and nobody answer to me. My services don’t work and I can’t access to my account. My company is stopped and nobody answers my tickets for more than 10 hours. Could you help me please???

Currently, we are not seeing any global issue. This issue appears to be specific to your account so it might require our support team to look into it. Our support team will get back to as soon as possible.

10 hours? Ok. Maybe you can have your company stopped 10 hours (?) I don’t. Thank you.

If you’ve contacted support, please give them sufficient time to handle your request, this may well be more than 10 hours.
