You go to the control panel, click the droplet, click the menu Destroy, select which installation you want it reset to and click Rebuild. This will completely delete all data on the server. https://cloud.digitalocean.com/droplets

The reply from @hansen is a bit misleading. You don’t need to destroy the droplet, you just need to go the “Destroy” tab and use the Rebuild section from there. In the Rebuild Droplet section, click on the Select an image text box and search for the image you’d like to use. You can use any image in your account, including backups, snapshots, custom images, 1-Click Applications, and base OS distributions we provide.
