How do I access my my.ini file?

Hi. I want to change some Full text search options in mysql's my.ini file. I am new to linux and DigitalOcean, how do I access the my.ini file in LAMP? Thank you.

If you are using Debian Linux file is located at /etc/mysql/my.cnf
If you are using Fedora/Centos Linux file is located at /etc/my.cnf
