it says this (“Error: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP server Error: Could not connect to server”) when I try to connect throught filezilla and I cant add a user cause when I try to login on the consal it will let me put my username but not the password someone please help

You will not be able to make an SFTP connection to a new droplet until you first log in via ssh or the console in the control panel. Please be aware that when you type your password into the login prompt on any Unix/Linux system no visual feedback is provided whatsoever. This should not prevent you from typing the password and pressing enter. You will have to type it manually if you are using the console as copy/paste is not supported.
