How do I get changes to files to update on my website? I'm running Node.js on an Ubuntu droplet.

I have a Digital Ocean Ubuntu Droplet running a very small Node.js app. It deployed alright, but anytime I make a change to a file it isn’t being reflected on my website.

I’ve tried making changes to files through Putty and through WinSCP and neither are reflecting on my website. I’ve also tried visiting the IP address and clearing out my cache and I still don’t see any updates reflected in the browser.

Are you making sure to save the changes and then upload back to the server? Also, try restarting your server. Last thing would be to make sure you have permissions set correctly to the files you are trying to edit. That’s about as much help as I can be with the limited information.

Hey there, any could any one find trustful way to update files ?
