I have created a new droplet Ubuntu 12.04 32bit, And I can’t access it using putty or using ubuntu SSH, Also I can’t ping the droplet’s private IP from another droplet which is located at same AMS3…
I’m stuck on this process created many droplets and used many images but I can’t log in yet, however, the droplet is accessible using the console.
Please advise.

I would strongly advise against using Ubuntu 12.04, it is EOF and there are no security patches any more.
I would recommend going for Ubuntu 18.04.3 or Ubuntu 19.x.
That way you would know that you have security updates available and you can create new Droplets easily without having problems with the access.
