If you’re not running any droplet like cPanel, Plesk and etc that comes with a built-in File Manager, you’ll need to upload the file via SFTP using a client like FileZilla or via the command line with tools like

There are a couple of ways to do that, the easiest one would be using SCP/Rsync from your Laptop as it wouldn’t need any other configuring. The other would be using an FTP client like FileZilla to connect to your Droplet and upload the file.
