How do you request a refund

I created an account and funded it, but just could not get into all the technical stuff so I am not going to be using this service, how do I get a refund.

Well to be honest, its all the extra steps, my biggest Question is why? Why all the extra steps? Its not necessary, Its not that it cant be done or learned, its that I dont have time to play, I can setup an AWS account faster then this, yes its more expensive but I dont have to deal with configuring every little service or tweaking the settings, I use mount an image and I am up and running, I was interested in the SSD aspect of this but the images you guys have suck.
