How i can type @ in the digiralocean web acces console ? from linux command shell.

Are you getting another symbol instead of the @ sign? It might be the keyboard might be set to a different location.
On a USA keyboard to get the @ symbol you press Shift+ 2 On a UK Keyboard Shift + 2 will give you a double quote sign "
Different regions have a different keyboard layout. Check to see what region / Language your keyboard is set to, the Console should use the same as your keyboard. If not their should be a setting in your server droplet to change it’s region.
