My team need to access all log to database and present it to auditor IT. How we can access all log database from beginning?

You can find the logs of your managed database cluster by following these steps:
- Go to your DigitalOcean Control Panel
- From the menu on the left, click on “Databases”
- Then chose your database cluster
- After that click on “Logs & Queries”
- In there you can see your logs in real-time
It is not possible to download the logs at the moment, but there is an existing idea for this which you can upvote here:

You should be able to find the logs in your DigitalOcean’s Control Panel. Once you are in, on the left of your screen you should see a tab called Databases. Clicking on it will provide you with your Managed Database instance, chose the one you need logs for, and click on Logs & Queries<^>. Once inside, you’ll be able to see the logs you need.
Sadly, you can’t download them but you can view them.
