Hi, How to change my OpenVPN server location to connect? My OpenVPN server is under Ubuntu 16.04. I use client1.ovpn file to connect VPN and it’s always connects to Frankfurt server. How can I change connect location when I want? Is there any tutorial about this?

Since you’ve deployed your droplet in FRA1 location this will be the location every time you connect and it won’t change. If want to have a droplet in a different location you can spin another droplet in another zone:

Note: Due to limited capacity in NYC2, AMS2, SFO1, and SFO2, only users who already have existing resources in those regions can create more resources there.
You can also create a snapshot of the droplet and spin up a new droplet using the snapshot as well. You can also migrate your droplet to another location, for this you can check this tutorial:
