In the past day, we have noticed that my account has an overdue balance of $10.02. And our website has error 522 which is “connection times out”. Then on 15/9/2021, I was done make a payment and settle all the overdue balances but my website till now 17/9/2021 still has that error. Can you check my update status?

Unless your droplet was removed, the error shouldn’t be related.
Now, let’s start somewhere with troubleshooting. See if you can ping your Droplet, then see if you can ping your Domain. If you can ping your Droplet and but can’t ping your Domain, see if everything with the Domain is alright. If you can’t ping your Droplet then see in your account if you see your Droplet, if it’s alright, maybe it was stopped?
Now, let’s assume both are pinging alright, then you need to SSH to your droplet and see if your domain’s configuration is there. This depends on whether you are using Nginx or Apache. Let me know and we’ll go from there.
