Can i dont run it on the same droplet?

And yes i run apache2 on the ISPConfig droplet

Are you running ISPConfig on the droplet you want to use as your reverse proxy or on your Apache droplet? If you are running ISPConfig for your Apache droplet you would just configure your nginx proxy on a different droplet as you normally would. This tutorial should help.
