Hello,
I have a dedicated server with namecheap with root access.
I created a droplet on Digital Ocean.
Create user via serverpilot.
Upload the required files on the Droplet.
Enter the DB details of namecheap server on the DB file of Digital Ocean.
Add the Digital Ocean IP address on WHM and cpanel
Now still not able to connect the namecheap DB
Hope I explained.
Can someone please guide me how to resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
