I use Digitalocean as VPN server. one of my vpn clients used BitTorrent and downloaded pirated movies. I have two questions:
1 How do I find whom used BT? 2 How to disable BitTorrent on my VPN server?

“How do I find whom used BT?”

I’ve never used BitTorrent, but aren’t IP addresses logged somewhere?

“How to disable BitTorrent on my VPN server?”

How did you install it? Wouldn’t you simply need to retrace your steps, in reverse order?

Lastly, you should probably install a firewall.

2 How to disable BitTorrent on my VPN server?

You can’t. You can block the common bittorrent ports but you can’t “disable” it completely.
