Hi everyone,
I’m working on a website where I want users to access a full FAQ / knowledge base page directly on the site, instead of through a small popup or floating widget.
I looked into iframe-based embedding, but it seems many platforms now block this due to security headers. I’m trying to understand the best practice approach for showing a complete help/FAQ section on a separate website.
What are the recommended options in this case?
Rebuilding the FAQ as a custom page?
Fetching content via API and rendering it server-side or client-side?
Any other scalable or SEO-friendly solutions?
Would appreciate guidance or real-world examples. Thanks!
