Honestly, for most teams it still turns into a spreadsheet exercise 😄 especially when you have multiple tools and APIs.
One thing I like is using DigitalOcean Gradient AI Platform, since it keeps things more centralized. You can track usage and costs in one place instead of juggling different vendors.
Definitely makes it easier to answer that question without digging through 5 dashboards.

One thing I’d add about Gradient is that since you can hit models from OpenAI, Anthropic, etc through serverless inference, you don’t end up with separate invoices from each provider.
