Have you configured a vhost file on your LiteSpeed server? If you have, can you please share it here so that we can further see if anything is not configured properly.
Additionally, when you check the access logs, what do you see, can you see in the logs? Additionally, I know this tutorial does not cover litspeed however It will be good to check the actual installation process of discourse. You might have missed something while installing it
