Hi,
I have created numerous tickets but the response is always not helpful. I have one account with which I am billed. I’ve even supplied my credit card basics like the last four digits used and the billing date but the agents never send me a password reset link nor does the forgot password link ever work. I get all other support messages from the agents so I don’t understand why I never get a link from digital ocean to reset my password. There is no way to call or do a chat that I can find so I created a totally new digital ocean account just so I could write this message.
Please please help. I’ve been working on this for over a week now without being able to get access to my droplet. If this continues, I will simply need to block my card from being billed any further and move to a provider that has customer service that can help me access my account.

Unfortunately, account recovery is something only DigitalOcean support can handle directly.
A few things that usually help in cases like this:
If you can, share one of your existing ticket IDs here. Community moderators can help escalate it internally.
Double-check spam, promotions, and filtered folders carefully. Password reset emails are often blocked even when other support emails come through.
Make sure you’re using the exact email address tied to the billed account when requesting the reset. Even aliases or old addresses can cause the reset flow to fail.
Try the reset flow from a different browser or network, just to rule out something local interfering.
Since you’re actively being billed and have already provided billing details, support should be able to manually recover the account, but it may require escalation on their side.
Posting a ticket ID here is usually the best next step so someone from the DigitalOcean support can take a closer look.
