How to get responsive images with DO Spaces + Nginx + nginx-module-image-filter

Hi,
there is a very interesting article here that explains how to set up Nginx to serve cached responsive images.
I would like to know is this possible for Ghost droplet (Nginx) with Ghost DO Storage Adapter and DO Spaces.

Unfortunately no. Also, I’ve moved away from my own servers to JAMstack. Much less fuss.
