Currently, DigitalOcean only supports Linux and Linux-based OS’s.Custom ISO’s and Windows are not currently supported, thus you wouldn’t be able to use them just yet.
There are a few suggestions for custom images on the DigitalOcean Uservoice community, though it’s not yet a confirmed feature.
