How to install Wordpress inside Wordpress with nginx with separate databases?

I need to setup a new wordpress site inside existing wordpress site. New site will need to be www.oldsite.com/newsite

I am using nginx. Also new site needs to have newer version of Wordpress and separate MySQL user and DB.

I can’t find anything of the like on internet. Can someone help?

Just create a new directory called “newsite” inside the root directory of your website and install wordpress into that folder and then just create your new mysql user accounts and database.

    I did that. But the site is text only. The top site is ok, the subsite is like 90s internet. It show pics but no site structure, everything is ugly.
