I need to setup a new wordpress site inside existing wordpress site. New site will need to be www.oldsite.com/newsite
I am using nginx. Also new site needs to have newer version of Wordpress and separate MySQL user and DB.
I can’t find anything of the like on internet. Can someone help?

Just create a new directory called “newsite” inside the root directory of your website and install wordpress into that folder and then just create your new mysql user accounts and database.
