Can the same person be a team member and a payer? I want the same person to have team member rights and payer rights.

Team member will have access only to the resources and ‘Biller’ will have access only to the billing info. The team owner can either add the member as a ‘Owner’ to team so they will have access to the resources as well as they can add the payment details or the team owner can add the team members card details, so that their card is charged.
