You use PuTTY to connect to your VPS via the IP address on the web control panel. Check on the droplet’s list for your server’s IP address!

If you are using a Linux or MacOs Desktop you can log-in by Terminal, (Find or type in your desktop’s search box “terminal” There will be appear a Black windows (May be Black) popup Type in that windows.
$ssh root@ipaddress
The IP address you have get by registered email with Digital Ocean.
Exapmle:
$ssh root@127.0.0.1
