I have created one load balancer in digital ocean, however i can’t find the endpoint of a loadbalancer to route the request from other dns service(not DigitalOcean DNS).

You can see the public IP on the Load Balancers index page at Networking > Load Balancers
and on the individual Load Balancer page in a similar table view.
