How to run this command in wsgi.py file in django?

How to run this command in wsgi.py file in django

My wsgi.py files looks like

import os
os.environ.setdefault("DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE", "django_project.settings")

from django.core.wsgi import get_wsgi_application
application = get_wsgi_application()

My Command that i want to add in wsgi.py file

python manage.py runserver 127.0.0.1:8000

I want to run this command using wsgi.py file how to add this command into it.
