How to set up a scrapy/scrapyd server on app platform?

Question

I was going through the digitalocean app platform features and mainly easy to deploy seems intriuiging to me so I decided to give it a try but before that I have some queries like how can I deploy scrapy or scrapyd on DO i.e using it as PaaS? For example on heroku there is a Procfile in which you place your command like web: python init.py; scrapyd and it will continously run. So is there similar to this or any other way around?

Here’s a high-level overview of how to deploy Scrapy and Scrapyd on droplet: Create a Droplet. Choose a Linux distribution that you’re comfortable with, like Ubuntu, and make sure to install Python and any other dependencies you need. Install Scrapy and Scrapyd. You can do this using pip: pip install scrapy scrapyd Configure Scrapyd. Edit the scrapyd.conf file to specify the host and port that Scrapyd should run on. Deploy and schedule Scrapy spiders. You can deploy your Scrapy spiders to Scrapyd using the Scrapyd API. Package your Scrapy project as a Scrapy egg and use Scrapyd’s API to deploy and schedule your spiders.
