I try to set European/Paris timezone on my CentOS 7 droplet but i had 2hours in less .

You can change your timezone to Europe/Paris by running the following command:
sudo ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Paris /etc/localtime
Once you’ve done that, run date to make sure that the system is now using the correct timezone.

You can change the timezone with timedatectl
Syntax: sudo timedatectl set-timezone <TIMEZONE>
eg: sudo timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Paris
