I followed this tutorial to set up an Appsmith droplet, but after payment, it reloaded and somehow I ended up creating a droplet without Appsmith on it. https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/appsmith
Now I can’t see any documentation to set up Appsmith on an existing droplet. OR is there a way to delete the old droplet and create a new one without with previously made payment?

One way to do this would be to use Docker and follow the steps from the official documentation here:
https://docs.appsmith.com/setup/docker
Also, as you mentioned, you can delete your old Droplet and create a new one.
You will be charged only for the time that the old Droplet was up and running.
For example, if you have a $5 Droplet, which costs 0.007/hour and used it for 10 hours and then deleted it, you will be charged $0.07 and not the full $5.
