How to to append won domain to a SRV record in DNS settings

I’m trying to create a SRV record, but the editor keep appending my domain name to the end of “redirect to” as the output.
Is this a bug, because as far as I know, this shouldn’t be the case. See attached images:
In the above case, the domain that gets appended is siko.dk the value - how do I remove that?

FIXED! I finally found some docs about the issue, and I just had to add a “.” to the end of the target domain.
Sorry, messed up the title - it should say “How not to append…”
