How to uninstall virtualmin on Ubuntu 14? How to re-install os or change os from Ubuntu to CentOS?

I uninstall like https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/installation/uninstalling But result:

Done.  There's probably quite a bit of related packages and such left behind
but all of the Virtualmin-specific packages have been removed.
