I cancelled my subscription and in spite of that the monthly payment is getting charged to my Credit Card account. How can that be completely closed. Is there a phone number to reach and get this resolved. I will appreciate any help or support on this request.

Without actually having access to look at your account or anything like that, I’ll try and guess that maybe you’ve just turned off your Droplet/product rather than Deleted it, is that correct?
