I can not get my droplets off

I’m not getting disconnected from my droplets. I’m trying to shut down, but an error message appears. I have overdue payment, however the debit balance is only increasing because I am using the features with the droplet attached.

I need to turn off the droplets so the charge does not get any bigger. Please help me.

Your account is currently in a locked state (preventing any actions, including deleting droplets) due to a past due balance. We have not successfully billed you for any amount, and you should reach out to your bank if you are seeing charges as we have not collected any money successfully.

If you wish to cancel with a past due balance, simply do not pay and the account will cancel itself. The balance reflects actual usage, and amount owed for that usage. For this reason, the owed balance is a legitimate situation.
