I can't add my domain. Domain 'keriterv.com': name already exists.

Ok, thank your answarebut it can not help me! I didn’t add keriterv.com domain any my projects before. Other people did do that add and so he is using my domain, So I can not use DigitalOcean project with own domain! So I paid but not using your service. Can you give me a e-mail address who can help me?

The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says Data domain example.com: Name already exists. If the domain has not been previously added to DigitalOcean’s DNS service, it will be added.
