When I sign in from another computer, I need to check the code number, but I can’t get the email.

The code number e-mail arrived safely by October 19.
But I haven’t received the mail since the 20th.

So I changed my email address, but I don’t get the code number. What should I do?

I am not entirely sure what you mean by code number but if it is an account-related question, then you should open a ticket with DO support.
