Hey
I’m having this same issue. And when I went to the link @MattIPv4 gave above, it redirects me to the page where if I try to create a new support ticket, it’s asking me to sign in, and when I do, it says “Login Error. We were unable to log you in to the support portal. Error: Unable to find a user”
Is there any way to create a new support ticket successfully?
Hey @blbnguyen,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your access issue! :)
This link shouldn’t require you to sign in to contact our support team.
Hope that helps! - Matt.
