I cant access the droplet created from the snapshot. This is happening for last one week.

opening on the windows 7 operation system.

Hello,

I would recommend trying to access your Droplet via the DigitalOean web console and make sure that the SSH service is running and also that you are connecting to the correct IP.

If this still does not help, feel free to share the exact errors that you are seeing when you try to connect, then I could try to advise you further.
