From the looks of it the domain name does not have a properly configured virtual host configuration file. Can you please let me know if you’ve set a vhost for your domain and if you’re using Apache/Nginx and also if you’re using a Ubuntu droplet?
You can check this two tutorials depending on your setup:
For Apache:

For Nginx:
