I have created a new mail for my website in CyberPanel.
When I make click in “Access Webmail” section… and use my mail and password… I get an error notification "Authentication failed and sometimes “Unknown error”

Now I dont know how to do.

Hi,
Can you confirm if you have SSL applied on mail server? If not, please click CyberPanel > SSL > MailServer SSL button and then try log in again.
