If I got this right you locked yourself out. You have to modify the database to get access to your wordpress control panel. I suggest you to use phpmyadmin to make the change.
<br>Find the wp_options table in the wordpress database and update home and siteurl to match your ip, unless you have a registered domain name pointing to your droplet.
