Question
I got error "Forbidden" when I want to use the console and accessing graph in ControlPanel.

Hello, I try to open a console from COntrol panel and accessing the usage in “graph” menu. It gives me an error “{“id”: “Forbidden”, “message”: “You are not authorized to perform this operation” }”.
The only change that I made was I did a graceful server reboot through WHM, not sure if thats the cause. Anyone can help?

Are you connected to a VPN or any other network that might be blocking SSH connections? And do you by any chance have any extensions that might be causing this issue?
If this is not the case, I would recommend reaching out to the DigitalOcean support team who will be able to further investigate this for you:

It sounds to me like you have some restrictions to the network/VPN you use. Can you confirm if you are using a public/school/college wifi or the same for VPN?

As mentioned if you’re using VPN or have some browser extensions like blockers, you can try to disable them temporary and give it another try.
