I wanted to separate my IP for personal and business use so I signed up Digital Ocean and planned to use Squid Proxy.
I have been reading tutorials, posts etc. but this turned out to be hard for me so I am going to hire a freelancer for the setup.
My question is; what should I ask from the freelancer to have and run this proxy server secure and privately?
I would really appreciate some pointers.

A proxy server that I can use from home when dealing with business stuff.
For something like that, I would recommend using a VPN instead. OpenVPN is possibly the best choice for that, and happens to be very easy to install! Make sure you read the tutorial thoroughly to understand how everything fits together.
