Build logs are OK.

Hi there,
If your build logs look fine but the deploy phase shows no logs (just that generic “historic logs” error), it’s usually because the health check never passed.
When that happens, App Platform stops the deployment before it ever gets to the point of streaming runtime logs, so it looks like nothing happened.
Check the following:
Your app is listening on the correct port that App Platform expects ($PORT) and binding to 0.0.0.0, not localhost.
The service starts fast enough to pass the health check within the allowed time.
If you have a custom health check path or command, it actually returns a success (e.g., HTTP 200).
