On this page https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/ it states that additional bandwidth transfer is 2 cents per GB. Is that overall monthly bandwidth, or per second bandwidth? Our company is looking at the $320 plan, but the 1Gb/sec download speed is too slow for us and we would like to make it faster.
If not, is it possible to increase the download speed at all?

It is not. We do not place any direct limits on bandwidth speed and it may be possible to see higher than 1Gbps on some larger droplet plans but this is solely a matter of the hardware and the number of droplets sharing the particular hypervisor.
Hi,
We have issues with a remote desktop against the machine. We are running an ETL tool named Kettle that runs with Java. When we try to use this tool through remote desktop any action that we attemp to do runs really really slow, so its almost impossible to work.
Any help would be really appreciated
Regards, Roberto
