What is the reason for this report?

IP attached to server is blacklisted

I am helping my son’s BSA Scout Troop and we use mailman inside our VPS to send Troop email to parents but we are being blacklisted. I went to the followings site and it shows what is going on. https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3Atroop406.us&run=toolpage which basically says that I cant get our single IP removed from the list it is an entire IP Range that is having this problem. We dont have money to move to O365 or something similar as we are a not for profit organization.

I’ve checked the link provided and I can see your droplet’s IP not being listed but the whole range has been. You can try reaching DigitalOcean’s support regarding this issue however I feel it will be hard to deal with since this range will include Droplets of other customers which based on their actions get their IPs blacklisted.

Having said that, this is a Blacklist and it’s interfering with your work. What I’ll suggest is to contact DigitalOcean’s support and see what their process is about such cases here:

If you submit a ticket and provide the ticket reference I’ll try to further speed up the reply of the ticket.
